I was drawn to the power of energy healing after the birth of my first daughter, when I was unable to find relief or support through conventional modalities, and am continuously amazed at the depth of healing I have witnessed since. I am passionate about Women’s and Maternal Health, seeking to bring balance back to the body through restoration of your natural energetic flow.
Using your body as my guide, I will tap into your energetic state and offer you the release and/or nourishment your body needs. I have helped my clients relieve physical + emotional pain, create an overall sense of calm in the body after trauma, clear stagnant and stuck energy, cut energetic cords, tend to relationships, sink into their pregnancies and find safety in birth prep along with so much more.
I deeply believe that by supporting and tending to the energetic body on a consistent basis, we can heal, integrate and truly harness all that is happening within while finding deep safety and a sense of grounding that our bodies are longing for.

Ashley is a Certified Reflexologist with a degree in Kinesiology and certification in Reiki. Having always been fascinated by the vast capabilities of the human body, including its incredible ability to heal itself and strength of the mind-body connection, she knew from a young age that she wanted to help others manage their wellness in a holistic way.
Ashley offers a non-invasive therapeutic approach by using her hands to apply pressure to reflexes found on the feet that map to other parts, glands, and organs in the body. Using specific techniques, she is able to find imbalances and access areas of the body requiring attention without directly touching those areas. When these congested areas are stimulated through Reflexology, blockages are released encouraging a relief of tension, improvement in circulation, and restoration of the body’s natural balance. Although Reflexology can be beneficial in relieving many conditions, Ashley has found notable success in the alleviation of symptoms associated with ailments such as musculoskeletal pain, allergies, hormone regulation and balance, sleep disturbances, headaches, and stress/anxiety.
After spending her childhood in Campbell River then attending post-secondary schooling in Calgary, Ashley spent some time experiencing the wild west coast in Ucluelet before returning to the east side of the island to raise her young family. Ashley is hoping to share her therapeutic approach to those looking to welcome an alternative style of healing.

My name is Veronica and I am a registered acupuncturist. I graduated from Pacific Rim College in 2017. After the long process of becoming registered, I worked for three years in Victoria, providing care in both a busy community clinic and a private clinic. I am now back in the Comox Valley where I grew up and am so excited to be here sharing this beautiful medicine.
I am also beginning training in craniosacral therapy after experiencing profound healing sessions myself. I look forward to combining these two gentle yet effective therapies to facilitate deep healing, as well as offering craniosacral for people who might not interested in needles.
My treatment style is gentle and my intention is always to bring you back to yourself as the source of your own healing. I love to help facilitate greater trust in yourself, connection within yourself and to the outside world. I love how acupuncture is holistic and tailored uniquely to you on any given day. I have an interest in treating mental health, and anxiety is one of the main concerns I have treated over the years. I practice primarily in a balance method style of acupuncture, which is where we typically choose points away from the location of pain and get effective results while being gentle on the local area.
Acupuncture has helped me so much personally and I hope it will help you too!
